What we collect
Account details (name, email), verified addresses, listings, messages, order and review history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
How addresses are shown
Public maps show only a postcode-area location. A seller's exact pickup address is shown to a buyer only after payment, and a buyer's shipping address only to the seller of that order.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: verify addresses, process orders, handle Live Arrival claims, prevent fraud and send order notifications.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time and ask us to delete your account via the contact page.
